Construction Collaborative Delay Analysis Consultant

We are searching for a project consultant to perform delay claim analysis. The candidate should have 0-8 years of experience in construction (as a project engineer, project manager, Owner Representative or controls/claims consultant), ideally with direct experience with CPM scheduling. This candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The Project Consultant will have responsibilities in CPM schedule delay analysis and review of project documentation for issues related to delay. This individual will be mentored by leaders in the industry.

Job Description

  • Review of baseline schedules for reasonableness
  • Review of project schedule updates, analysis of critical path delays
  • Review of As-Built schedules
  • Review of Meeting Minutes
  • Review of Monthly Reports
  • Review of Daily Reports
  • Review of Contracts and Subcontracts
  • Preparation of Powerpoint Presentations Summarizing Findings
  • Data Analysis using Excel

  • Working Knowledge of CPM Scheduling - experience with Primavera P6, P3 and SureTrak. Microsoft Project experience is a plus
