Larry specializes in Building Information Modeling. Using his experience working with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Facility Management teams, Larry enhances and clarifies communications, standards, workflow, Revit training, model quality, BIMEP, LOD complexities, and many other exciting BIM utilizations.
The AEC industry is rapidly accepting BIM utilization in many areas of building design, construction, and maintenance, but its time we step back and evaluate the fundamental basics of model development. Until we start elevating our expectations of model quality and accuracy, our utilization of BIM will remain stagnant no matter how we plan to use it.

trained all architects on advanced uses of Revit. He also
created a custom BIM Execution Plan for SfL+a Architects.
Starting with LOD 100, massing the program as a generic
