Get to know Michael

Michael brings a unique perspective to Proactive’s delay analysis work through his blend of technical expertise and business acumen. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master of Business Administration from Elon University. Additionally, he’s an accredited Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) through the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) through the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI).

More About Michael

Career Highlights

Before joining Proactive, Michael worked for Archer Western Contractors and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT).

During his time with Archer Western, Michael worked with the estimating group on a $300 million highway project and a $70 million airport project. With the NCDOT, he worked in the Rail Division's inventory group, managing the state traffic count project.
