Nilou joins us from Green Touch Builders where she most recently worked as the manager of the Estimation Department. Her other titles at Green Touch Builders include Project Manager, Project Estimator and Strategic Planner.

Brian Mitchell & Associates, LLC
Nilou worked as an assistant analysis where she collaborated with the CEO to conduct a study of optimizing clients' existing real estate assets to seek private investment. She also completed strategic reports based on institutional data, master planning, reaccreditation reports, federal 990, and an annual audit to streamline operations.

Comar
As an Assistant Estimator, Nilou investigated sites and assisted in formulating projects' cost & time estimates, site management, and quality plan reviews. During her undergraduate study, Nilou worked as an assistant estimator for Comar when constructing a new office building. She worked directly with her manager to negotiate contract terms, including scheduling and budgeting.
