Get to know Chris
Chris brings 30+ years of construction industry experience to Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) claim review and resolution. Chris is a scheduling and project controls expert and has worked across multiple facets of the construction industry, including process manufacturing, pharmaceutical, governmental, educational, residential, railway, and bridge construction. Chris’ experience has provided the tools to lead and support on the successful resolution of hundreds of SDI claims with the leading Insurance Carriers. Chris also brings critical thinking and a collaborative best practices approach to SDI claim resolution.
Delivering tools for projects that need help is the obvious - but being able to work so closely with clients is what I love, and is what separates us.

Chris served as Schedule Manager for Consigli Construction Company, where he was a leader of preconstruction planning and detailed baseline schedule initiatives.
Chris worked for Lend Lease, where he served most recently as Chief Scheduler on projects throughout the United States and across the world.
Chris has a broad range of construction experience in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, residential, civil and railway sectors.
Chris' project experience includes the Merck Boston Research Center, Lonza Biologics Singapore Expansion, Boston's Intercontinental Hotel, and the Grand Central Terminal Renovation.
Chris' experience includes the preparation of resource and cost loaded schedules, detailed commissioning and start-up schedules, earned value progress measurement and labor productivity analysis.
