Peter brings over three decades of construction claims experience to Proactive along with a vision for driving positive experiences for all claim stakeholders. Peter believes strongly in collaboration between Carrier, Insured, Broker, and Consultant, and in making sure that all parties know what is expected throughout the lifecycle of the claim.
Two ears, one mouth. The concept of ingenuity is all about listening, and then digging deeper to find the best solution.

Career Highlights
Prior to Proactive, Peter co-founded the Duggan Rhodes Group - a boutique construction consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, where he served as an expert on delay and inefficiency claims.
Peter was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where he had the opportunity to work on the construction of Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Peter's claim analysis experience includes work on over $7B in construction, with projects ranging from a Philharmonic center in Hamburg, Germany to a luxury hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
Peter has consulted with the majority of the ENR Top 50 Construction Managers.
