Christina brings over 20 years of industry experience to Proactive, where she focuses on subcontractor default claims. She has served as project executive, owner's representative and provided expert testimony for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) proceedings. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Pennsylvania and also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University.

Career Highlights
Christina spent the first 12 years of her career as an electrical engineer with PPL (formerly Pennsylvania Power & Light), where she performed engineering studies and provided expert testimony to federal and state regulatory agencies. Christina then held various management positions over a 10 year period at PPL, including Manager-Business Services, Manager-Engineering and Projects, and Regional Director-Operations.
Christina is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.
