Karen Rice

Karen most recently served as Vice President, Head of Construction Claims North America where she led the claims division for the Construction vertical (Primary, Excess, Builders Risk, SDI, and Construction Professional/Pollution) along with all Construction Defect for all Business Units within AXA XL.

Karen led the National Construction Defect Claims Department with 5 Team Leaders and up to 43 claim specialists across the country

Karen has been an active member of the Construction Insurance and Claims community.  She currently serves as the co-chair of the Construction Advisory Board for CLM (Claims and Litigation Management) and also sits on the Construction Advisory Board of ALFA International.
