Carl brings over 25 years of construction industry experience to Proactive, where he focuses on collaborative delay, cost analysis and information management. He is an expert in Primavera P6, MS-Project, and share filing portals such as ShareFile, Kiteworks and Box.com. A civil engineer graduate from the University of Alabama, Carl also has experience with cost accounting, on-site engineering, and inspection services.

Carl started his career with BE&K Engineering, where he focused on project engineering and inspection services. He then joined an Alabama-based general contractor, where he led project estimating services for the company.

Carl has over a dozen years of experience in delay claims, working for Navigant Consulting as well as Berkeley Research Group. There Carl's focus included involvement with Primavera and MS-Project CPM scheduling tools, as well as cloud based information management tools.

Carl has worked as a neutral delay analyst and claim cost analyst on projects thoughout the United States, Canada, and England. Projects include hospitals, hotels, transportation centers, residential housing, and schools.
